Ms. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience as a valuation professional providing business and real estate valuation services to owners, purchasers, real estate professionals and lenders. These services have included a specialization in valuation of elder care facilities and environmentally impaired real estate. She has represented clients in a range of complex multi-state transactions.

Ms. Johnson has started two consultancies over the term of her career and has held leadership and decision-making positions in several other partnerships. During this time, she has dealt with and advised her clients in matters beyond valuation, but that have an impact on value by virtue of the risk associated with related conditions. These ancillary matters include direct capital needs, deferred maintenance, functional obsolescence, environmental contamination and stigma, and market conditions.

In addition to directly providing professional services, Jodi controls business processes and operations that include finance, cash flow, marketing, personnel, compliance and other related matters. As manager of Targus she directly supervises the assignment and utilization of project staff and the production of deliverables.
